1. Provide accurate information regarding your company and ICP (ideal customer profile).
2. Ensure you are legally authorized to use the contact data you share.
3. Cooperate in a timely manner for onboarding, campaign reviews, and feedback.
4. Pay for services on time as outlined in invoices or scope agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with local data laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, PECR) as the data controller of your campaigns.

4. Our Responsibilities

1. Deliver services as outlined in agreed scopes or proposals.
2. Use only verified data sources for lead sourcing.
3. Maintain confidentiality of all materials and data shared.
4. Handle your outreach campaigns ethically and professionally.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client requests unethical or non-compliant practices.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed per project, proposal, or invoice.

Payment is due before or on the date specified.

Late or missed payments may result in paused campaigns or service termination.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials we create for your campaign (e.g., copy, strategy, structure) are yours to use. We retain the right to reference anonymized project results or frameworks unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

The outcome of campaigns once they are live (i.e., open/reply rates, conversion, etc.).

Any client-side technical issues or deliverability setup.

Legal or reputational consequences from client misuse of data.

In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent project or month of service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain due.

All client data will be deleted upon request.

No further obligations exist beyond agreed scopes.

9. Changes to Terms
